Is there such a thing as a fat blasting food? Women’s magazine covers would have us think so. Today we delve into what “fat blasting” actually means and discuss three trending foods that make the list.

On a trip to the health food store we sample Apple Cinnamon Q’ia Superfoods by Nature’s Path.  While this is not  anew product it was new to us here at PFF 🙂

Today’s question of the week comes from Jeanette in Toronto.  She wonders why she is gaining instead of losing weight after 6 weeks of gym workouts.  This is very common complaint when we start from scratch.  Listen for our answer and some tips to help that scale move in the right direction.
