Stress Eating | PFF Episode 030

Times are tough, stress levels are at an all time high.  Are you eating away your stress?  So many of us reach for comfort foods in tough times. Are the foods you’re eating adding to this stress or helping you tame it? Adam gives us his stress recipe while Jenn talks mindful eating.  We take a trip to the health food store where we find a tempeh to try out.
